Venue Requirements

1.  Pick a date and location.

•Choose your preferred date and location (home, business, event venue) for your private DIY Workshop.  We schedule private DIY Workshops 7 days a week.
•Review the location and space requirements here.
•A minimum number of registered guests are required
•A minimum number of 6 registered guests is required for the following locations:  Rapid City, Spearfish, Sturgis, Belle Fourche, Lead, Deadwood, Summerset, Blackhawk, Piedmont, Whitewood, Boxelder and Sundance. 
•A minimum number of 6 registered guests is required for the following locations:  Rapid City, Spearfish, Sturgis, Belle Fourche, Lead, Deadwood, Summerset, Blackhawk, Piedmont, Whitewood, Boxelder and Sundance. 
•A minimum of 8 registered guests is required for Hill City, Custer, Keystone and Hermosa. 
•A minimum of 10 registered guests is required for Hot Springs and Wall.

Space & Table Setup
To ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please plan for at least 4 feet of table space per guest for our Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop.
This allows plenty of room for guests to spread out their soft, jumbo chenille yarn and create their blankets with ease.

Table & Seating Notes

  • Standard 6- or 8-foot tables work perfectly.

  • Please provide sturdy tables and chairs for all guests.

  • Round tables may be used if space allows at least 4 feet per guest.

  • We’ll bring all workshop materials — you just provide the space!

Lighting & Comfort
Good lighting and a comfortable indoor temperature make a big difference.
We recommend a well-lit, climate-controlled space for the best creative experience.
