Our private DIY parties are the perfect way to gather, laugh, and create something beautiful — no experience required!  We bring everything you need for a memorable, hands-on experience — you simply provide the space and guests.

How It Works

1.  Pick a date and location.

•Choose your preferred date and location (home, business, event venue) for your DIY Creative Party.  We schedule DIY parties 7 days a week.
•Don't know where to host your party?  Give us a call at (605) 646-3040 & we can help you find the perfect venue.

   

2.  Choose your project and reserve your date.

​

•Take a look at the projects we offer and pick one your your group.  Click here for projects.
•Give us a call at (605) 646-3040 or fill out our "host a party" form to reserve your date.  You can also email us at blackhillsmakery@gmail.com.
•We require a $50 deposit to hold your date.   An invoice will be emailed to you for the deposit amount.
•Your party date will be reserved once the deposit it paid.
•The full deposit is refunded once the party minimum has been met or can be applied to your project.
•We'll email your private party registration link for you to share with your party guests.

3.  Invite guests.

•Invite your friends, family, co-workers to your private DIY Creative Party and share your private party registration link with them.
•Guests will need to pay/register individually via your private party registration link.
•Your party guests must register at least 5 days prior to the workshop.
Let's Party!
Your instructor will arrive at least 30 to 60 minutes early, depending on the project, to help you set up and will be ready to start the workshop on time for guests.  We'll provide everything (supplies, equipment, tools) and also table coverings, if necessary.
